Catch Up To Speed

The annual Bed Race is a spectacular event held each summer to raise funds for youth summer camp scholarships to the boys & Girls Club of Noblesville and Noblesville Parks & Recreation programs.

Both organizations provide positive, healthy, safe and fun activities for the children of Hamilton County and each year, experience an increase of scholarship requests from families in need.  We are asking you to partner with us in order to ensure there are enough scholarships for on youth to take full advantage of all our programs have to offer. Adults, children, businesses, and schools are welcome to help us “Put School To Bed and Race Into Summer” by running their beds in a foot race that is unmatched in Central Indiana!

How To Join The Race?

  1. Form a team of 4 or 5 and fill out the entry form.
  2. Turn in your entry form and pay entry fee.
  3. Teams at that time will receive race packet
  4. Info with rules, bed construction guidelines, and waiver forms.
  5. Start bed construction and prepare for race day!

6:00pm registration - 7:00pm Start
Race Course located on  9th Street Between Conner & Logan St.

Early Bird Registration

NOW until May 2nd
$25 (no bed supplied)
$75 For a “Borrowed Bed”
Early Bird Registrations get a FREE Head Start !

May 3rd—May 29th
$50 (no bed supplied)
$100 For a “Borrowed Bed” (Limited Supply)
Teams are made of  4 or 5 people.  Teams are allowed to have an alternate in case of an injury.

Captain's Meeting

Captain’s Meeting, May 29th @ 5:30pm. Mandatory for NEW TEAMS. Includes bed pickup.

Miscellaneous

Open to all Hamilton County Residents 16 and older (16yr.old must have waiver).

BOOTH SPONSOR INFORMATION

  1. 10’x10’ space
  2. Bring your own table, tent and chairs
  3. Electricity is not provided
  4. Set-up will be between 4:30-5:30 on the Courthouse Square along 9th Street in the green space
  5. We encourage your to bring promo items to give away
  6. A pre-event email will be sent to them with more info closer to the date
