Youth Development Facilitators/ $12 to $14 an hr/ 1pm to 7pm M-F Shifts/ NO Weekends
Youth Development COUNSELORS / $9 to $11 an hr./ 4pm to 7pm M – F Shifts/ NO Weekends

Positions are available in the gym, gamesroom, tech center, art room, learning center, kitchen, music room, and corral club. Responsibilities include supervise youth in an after school setting, create and facilitate programs and activities, create a safe, respectful environment in which all youth will have fun, learn and grow. Monitor and ensure member safety, equipment, maintenance and cleanliness of program areas. Complete program reports timely and accurately. These are part-time positions. Hours of employment will fall between 1:30-7:00 Monday-Friday on school days. Hours will fall between 7:30am and 6:00pm on school breaks.

membership Coordinator Position / PART TIME / M - F SHIFTS / $10 - $13
Oversee membership registration, recruitment and retention through; tours, orientations, registrations, information and promotion. Monitor and maintain membership profiles, both new and renewals, through the Club’s member management software.
Program DIRECTOR/ Full-Time Position/ Salary $38,000 - $42,000 a year
Responsible for overseeing the delivery of a broad range of programs such as Social Recreation, Physical Education, Character and Leadership, Arts & Crafts and Health and Life skills. Program Director plans, develops, evaluates, and oversees implementation and supervision of programs. They are to hire, train, manage and evaluate youth development staff.
